We have stayed here for one week in october ever year for I don't know how long. Its like a home from home!! We stay in the ground floor 2 bed apartment. Its all you could ever want, great views across to the illuminations. Loads of car parking. Always get a lovely welcome off shiela and mick and often see them throughout the week also. Apartment is very clean, modern and fully equipt, it is fully suitable for someone in a wheelchair also. There is a lovely small patio just off from the kitchen, although this is communal. Wifi and dvd rental available. Almost directly opposite a tramstop and bus stop, although we walked into the town centre most days, which took about 45 minutes, but we love the walk! Love it here, will be staying for the forseeable future. Would definately recommend.
"Superb again"
Once again we chose to stay at the Burbage Lodge for our trip to Blackpool and were not disappointed. We stayed in the ground floor accommodation and it was fantastic. The large lounge overlooks the promenade and the two bedrooms are beautifully set up to a very high standard. The welcome is always warm too and we feel so at home that it makes our holiday experience extra special. We will definitely be back.

"Amazing Holiday Experience"
Just back from a 5 night break at the Burbage Lodge and have to say that in me and my family going to blackpool for many many years, we have never stayed at such a top quality accomodation as burbage lodge. we had apartment 3 and from the moment of entering the building, we were astonished at the high standard. The room is fitted out with large plasma tv and tvs in all rooms, a beautiful decore and total cleanliness with space and comfort. We had a balcony over looking the blackpool illuminations which is a spectacular view.
it all comes with a very warm and friendly welcome from a local couple to my home location name sheila and mick that will give you great advice of the local area and be of assistance if needed.
the location is a little out of blackpool center which would maybe either take you on a possible 45 minute walk down the seafront to get to the town or straight outside are bus and tram stops that are regular.
i could go on and on with high praise and i am already looking at when i may like to go again but i can only urge anyone to book at burbage lodge and take in the experiance for themselves.
We have always stayed central located in our times at blackpool but all of that has changed from now on thanks to the lodge.

"Fantastic Apartment in nice location with all you need!"
We stayed at the Burbage Lodge for 4 nights in August 2010 and could not rate it highly enough. We stayed in Apartment 3 which was well equipped and definately no expense spared. It had everything you could need including tv's in all the rooms which is great when you have 3 kids who all like different programmes. Sheila and Mick were extremely helpful and gave us great advice on places to eat, things to do etc. We will definately return to Burbage next time we visit Blackpool - a complete home from home with fabulous seafront location.
