CONDITIONS OF BOOKING:

1. Telephone bookings will be held for 7 days provisionally,
pending receipt of deposit
2. Deposits are non-refundable - £100
3. Balance to be paid in full 4 weeks BEFORE arrival date or the
booking will be cancelled
4. A short break booking of 2 nights is to be paid in full
5. Cancellations only accepted in writing - we recommend
holiday insurance cover
6. Bookings are from 2.00pm on date of arrival to 10.00am on
date of departure
7. Cots and highchairs are available for hire at a minimal charge
8. IF ARRIVING AFTER 5pm, PLEASE ADVISE
9. No single sex parties
